2001 – PILOT EP

The first official Windsor Bellephone release, originally available as a print-on-demand CD-R in the summer of 2001, was promptly buried and forgotten after an ill-timed release before 9/11.

It’s a curious snapshot, caught between the guitar-based American Power Pop style for which WB was known for at the time, and the gothy synth and choral atmospherics which would appear on albums to follow.

Included in this remastered Bandcamp re-release are the outtakes “Superfüdge,” “Kingdom’s Crown,” and “Mystery Chip,” taken from the same sessions but not included on the original album.
